    Managing Director - Franchise

    I have been with Bin Masters since April 2015.

    I have been given the responsibility of managing the Bin Masters business in its entirety.

    I have worked within the waste industry for the past 13 years, previously in waste/recycling and disposal operations, then later moving into business development as a project manager.

    During my time at Bin Masters we have had the pleasure of winning a two year contract for container refurbishments as well as increasing our vehicle fleet and engineers.

    My goal is to continue to bring a more formal management structure to the business, providing an independent view and provide leadership ensuring that Bin Masters attracts, retains and develops further whilst managing both our existing/new customers.
    My strategic direction is to maximise any market opportunities that can further support the growth of the business. I will create clear and distinct goals and commit the business long enough to attain them. To aid this, customer feedback is imperative to ensure continuous improvement and I this is encouraged through our customer feedback questionnaire that also acts as a form of self monitoring.
    Personally I always maintain a positive state of optimism and a realistic self confidence especially when the pressure gets heightened.

    Director/Senior Engineer - Tyne & Wear Division

    I run the Tyne and Wear division of Bin Masters that covers areas local to this as well as Scotland and North of the UK, I have done since 2003.

    I am a Fabricator by trade, so I can repair many waste/recycling containers using this skill as well as being LOLER certified the same as Tony and Dene.

    I am able to repair/refurbish any type or size of container for you from a small wheelie bin to a large RORO. I can complete weld repairs where required to ensure that you bins are "as good as new".

    Franchisee owner - Yorkshire, Lancashire and the Midlands Division

    I own the Yorkshire, Lancashire, and Midlands division of Bin Masters and travel to many different sites.

    I have been trading since 2007 and I enjoy all the different aspects of my role especially meeting many new people throughout my working day.

    I am LOLER certified so I am able to complete the appropriate testing required on your recycling banks to ensure that they are fit for purpose.

    I can repair, steam cleanse and refurbish all size waste and recycling containers and I can also offer a waste and linen chute cleanse and unblocking service.

    I always ensure that my work is of the highest standard and take pride in what I do and endeavour to give the best service possible.

    Director - Franchise/Senior Engineer - Kent Division

    I was the first Franchisee of Bin Masters to operate in the UK and I have been established since 2002.

    Over the past year we have experienced and are continuing to experience business growth and have been able to expand our team and the number of vehicles we have in operation.

    Previously working in the Waste Industry before joining Bin Masters, a welder by trade and now fully LOLER (Lifting Operations & Lifting Equipment Regulations) certified.

    I am able to repair/refurbish any size waste/recycling container from small waste bin to large compactor or RORO, I can also undertake waste chute cleaning/unblocking of both refuse and linen chutes.

    The LOLER testing/auditing of recycling banks forms a large part of the services I carry out for my customers along with graffiti removal and a refuse/recycling bin steam cleansing services.

    I have been with Bin Masters since April 2015 and can honestly say that I love every minute. In my short time with the team I have become LOLER certified and completed an intensive certified MIG welding course.

    My work takes me to lots of locations throughout the South East of England which in turn leads me to meet many different people.

    My role varies from day to day, there are never two days the same.

    Mobile Maintenance Engineer - Kent Division

    I joined the Bin Masters Team in September 2015, so I am newest member of the team.

    I never realised that there was so much you could do with a bin and I certainly didnít realise that a bent rusty bin could be brought back to life again.

    My goal this year will be to become both LOLER and MIG welding certified and learn as much as I can about the repair/refurbishments and maintenance business.

    I have been working for Bin Masters since 2002.

    Anything accounts or finance related falls within my business remit for the franchise in its entirety, this involves all payments, invoices through to wages and overtime. I am responsible for ensuring that we comply with current legislation for audit purposes, I produce month and year end financials and I am currently in the process of gaining ISO9001/14001 accreditation.

    As with any role there are always a lot more strings to the bow. I play an active part in the running of the Kent Division of the Franchise, from assisting on day to day operations to the purchasing of any new vehicles. The variation from one week to the next is what keeps me on my toes.

    I enjoy working in our intimate office atmosphere, it is very family orientated.

    Co-ordinator - Kent Division

    My role is to co-ordinate the operations and deal with the Kent customer base both existing and new on a day to day base. I provide quotations, site assessment and LOLER reports as well as controlling the weekly work schedules for the engineers.

    Our business is developing and growing rapidly as am I with the new challenges that this brings.
